Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of altyzo.com and our products. Commercial engagements — the platform license and Altyzo Managed — are governed by the order form or service agreement you sign; this page is the baseline.

The website

Content on this site is informational. We may update pages, pricing references, and features without notice. Don't misuse the site — no scraping at disruptive volumes, no attempts to probe or disrupt infrastructure.

The platform license

Altyzo licenses self-hosted software to agencies as a one-time $30,000 license: unlimited seats, unlimited client accounts, deployed on your infrastructure.

  • What you get. The agent fleet, the dashboard, updates covered by your license terms, and the right to run it for your clients.
  • Maintenance. The optional $12,000/year plan covers ongoing updates and support. You can cancel it — your license and deployment remain yours and keep running.
  • Your infrastructure. You own the deployment and everything in it. Data processed by your deployment is governed by your own terms with your clients — it doesn't pass through us.
  • Your responsibility. You're responsible for the infrastructure the software runs on, the LLM providers and API keys you configure, and for the content the platform produces under your review. Altyzo produces drafts and changes under your approval workflow; what ships to client sites is your call.

Altyzo Managed

Managed engagements run under a separate service agreement. Baseline: engagements start at $8,000/month with a six-month initial term, 30 days' notice after that. You keep the assets we build — content, schema, knowledge bases, tracking configuration. The citation guarantee applies to agreed priority prompts within 90 days of kickoff, conditioned on timely approvals and the access needed to implement; the signed agreement defines the exact terms.

The honest limit

No one can guarantee what Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or any engine will do — rankings, citations, and AI answers are determined by systems we don't control. We warrant the work: the audit, the entities, the shipped content, the tracking. We don't warrant a specific engine outcome, and any vendor who does is selling you words, not accountability.

Intellectual property

The platform software, agent configurations, and dashboard remain ours (licensed to you). Content the system produces for your clients, and the assets Managed builds for your brand, are yours.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses — lost profits, lost rankings, third-party platform changes.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms with notice on this page. Disputes are governed by the law and venue stated in your order form or engagement agreement.
