Privacy Policy
Altyzo's core product is self-hosted: the agent fleet runs on your own servers, and the data it processes for your clients never reaches us. This policy covers the part we do operate — this website, its forms, and our correspondence with you.
The short version
We collect what you type into our forms and what standard analytics measure. We don't sell data, don't run ads, and don't build profiles of you. Customer data inside self-hosted Altyzo deployments never touches our infrastructure.
What we collect
Contact and application forms. When you apply for access, request the audit, or contact us, we collect what you submit: name, email, website, company, and whatever you write in the message. We use it to respond and to deliver the service you asked for — nothing else.
Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) and Vercel Analytics/Speed Insights. These collect standard usage data: pages visited, approximate location, device type, and referrer. GA4 sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*); Vercel's analytics are cookieless. We use this to understand which pages work and where visitors come from.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs requests as part of normal operations — IP address, user agent, timestamps.
What we never see
Data processed by a self-hosted Altyzo deployment — your clients' content, keywords, analytics connections, agent output — is stored on your infrastructure. The platform sends content to the AI providers and services you configure with your own accounts and keys (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, Perplexity and Firecrawl), to your CMS when you publish, and to Google for sign-in and search data. Our servers receive your license key when the platform checks for updates. We cannot access, read, or sell what we don't receive. The full data-flow table is on the trust page.

We don't share your data with anyone beyond what's needed to run the above, and we never sell it.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email license@altyzo.com and we'll do it. If you're in the EU/UK, you additionally have the right to object to processing, request portability, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets measurement cookies; we use no advertising or tracking cookies. Blocking analytics cookies in your browser breaks nothing on this site.
Retention
We keep correspondence and form submissions as long as needed to serve the relationship, and delete them on request or when the relationship ends.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, this page updates and the date below changes with it.
